The TLCNA Employment Application System allows job applicants to submit their applications online and enables administrators to manage and review applications efficiently.

Applicant Guide

How to Apply

  1. Register Your Account
    Visit the homepage and enter your email address. The system will generate a temporary password and send it to your email.
    Important: Save the password displayed on screen - it will only be shown once! You can change it later.
  2. Start Your Application
    After registration, you'll be automatically logged in and taken to the application form. The form has several sections to complete.
  3. Fill Out the Application
    Complete all sections of the application:
    • Job Interest: Employment type, position, availability, salary expectations
    • Personal Information: Name, address, phone, email, SSN (optional)
    • Eligibility Questions: Age, work authorization, background questions
    • Education: High school, college, and other education history
    • References: Three personal or professional references
    • Previous Employment: Up to three previous employers
    • Signature: Type your full name and date to sign
  4. Upload Documents (Optional)
    You can upload supporting documents like your resume or cover letter. Accepted formats: PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx). Maximum file size: 20MB per file.
  5. Review and Submit
    Review your application carefully, then click "Submit Application". The system will check that all required fields are completed.
  6. Track Your Status
    After submission, you can log in anytime to view your application status on your dashboard.

Auto-Save Feature

Your Progress is Saved Automatically
The application form saves your progress every 30 seconds while you're typing. You'll see a notification when your data is saved. You can leave and come back anytime - your work won't be lost!

Required Fields

Before you can submit your application, the following fields must be completed:

Understanding Application Status

Your application status will show one of these values:

New - Your application has been submitted and is awaiting review

Under Review - An administrator is actively reviewing your application

Assigned - Your application has been assigned to a specific reviewer

Interview Scheduled - An interview has been scheduled with you

Hired - Congratulations! Your application has been accepted

Not Selected - Your application was not selected at this time

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "Change Password" in the navigation
  3. Enter your current password and your new password twice
  4. Click "Change Password" to save

Troubleshooting

Login Issues

Problem: Forgot Password

Solution: Contact Gloria Brewer in Human Resources at 870-423-3000 to have your password reset. An administrator can generate a new temporary password for you.

Problem: Account Locked or Login Failed

Solution: Verify you're using the correct email address. If you continue to have issues, contact Human Resources at 870-423-3000 for assistance.

Application Issues

Problem: Can't Submit Application

Solution: Make sure all required fields are filled out:

The system will show a message listing any missing required fields.

Problem: Auto-Save Not Working

Solution: Auto-save requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser. Make sure JavaScript is not blocked and your internet connection is stable. You'll see a notification when data is saved.

Problem: File Upload Failed

Possible Solutions:

Session/Timeout Issues

Problem: Logged Out Unexpectedly

Solution: Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity for security. Your work is automatically saved, so just log back in to continue where you left off.

Make sure your browser is up to date and JavaScript is enabled.

For Applicants

Q: How long does it take to complete the application?

A: Most applicants complete the application in 15-30 minutes. You can save your progress and return later if needed.

Q: Can I edit my application after submitting?

A: No, once submitted, applications cannot be edited. Please review carefully before submitting. If you need to make changes, contact Gloria Brewer in Human Resources at 870-423-3000.

Q: What documents should I upload?

A: We recommend uploading your resume and cover letter. You can also upload any other supporting documents like certifications or letters of recommendation.

Q: How will I know if my application status changes?

A: Log in to your dashboard to check your application status at any time. TLCNA may also contact you directly via email or phone.

Q: Is my information secure?

A: Yes. The system uses secure connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, and restricted access to protect your personal information.

Q: Can I apply for multiple positions?

A: Each email address can submit one application. If you'd like to be considered for multiple positions, mention them in the "Position Applied For" field or contact Human Resources at 870-423-3000.
